Post 2: Senior Credit Expert in Banking

Accountability:

  • Under the director’s close supervision,
  • Develops business strategies to secure funding,
  • Examine the financial consequences associated with each borrowing.
  • Track the progress of every credit request in the banks until it is approved and funded.
  • Communicate with the appropriate loan officers/CRMs at each bank.
  • Keep track of all credit arrangements with all banks.
  • Keep accurate loan contracts and files with copies of collateral insurance policies.
  • Acquire and verify that all loan repayments are fulfilled by the agreement,
  • Make sure to estimate all collaterals.
  • Make sure that every collateral has adequate insurance coverage and that the policy is renewed on schedule.

Accountability:

Senior Construction Accountant, Position No. 5

Workplace Duties:

  • Oversee the attributes of the ERP system that govern the Development Lifecycle reports.
  • Create, execute, and manage a construction management system that includes creating contracts, change orders, purchase orders, budgets, jobs, costs, and various reports on the status of construction.
  • Examine and evaluate the capitalization of expenses. Verify adherence to the policy.

Principal Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Verifies that all taxes are linked to the appropriate general ledger account.
  • Timely declaration of taxes, such as pensions, income tax, profit tax, excise tax, VAT, and WHT.
  • In charge of carrying out applicable tax laws, policies, and guidelines for the organization and the country.
  • Analyses the status of tax relief businesses and reports back to management.
