First Position: Junior Officer of Brand Management and Communication

A bachelor’s degree in marketing management, business administration, economics, or any related discipline is required.

 

Experience: One year of applicable experience, ideally in the banking sector.

The role’s objective is to support the execution of all branding and marketing communication initiatives created to help the bank achieve its goals of raising brand awareness and enhancing its reputation.

Particular Roles:

  • Ensure that the visual identity elements are applied correctly in accordance with the brand’s guidelines and procedures.
  • Take part in the performance assessment of each marketing campaign;
  • Observe the branding initiatives of diverse channels and materials, including service outlets, sentry boxes, ATMs, and giveaways;
  • Take part in the annual plan, procedure manuals, and periodic performance reports preparation for the division.
  • Take part in market research and requirements gathering for advertising and clearance materials;

carry out additional tasks as needed

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Officer of Brand Management and Communications in Position 2

 

A bachelor’s degree in marketing management, business administration, economics, or any related discipline is required.

Experience: Three and a half years of relevant experience, ideally in the banking sector, with one year spent as an officer.

The role’s purpose is to actively take part in the execution of all branding and marketing communication initiatives that are intended to help the bank achieve its goals of raising brand awareness and enhancing its reputation.

Particular Roles:

 

  • Take part in the division’s annual functional plan, budget, procedure, and other periodic report design and preparation;
  • Provide target audiences with imaginative and creative long- and short-term ad and sales promotion programmes;
  • Provide a process for marketing and communication governance to ensure that messaging is consistent and that brand and communication standards are followed;

Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

 

Post 3: Grade I Branch Manager

 

The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, or any similar discipline.

 

Experience: Seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with one year spent as an assistant branch manager, CSM, or relationship manager; or seven years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two of those years spent in a senior officer role overseeing banking operations.

 

The goal of the job is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability for the bank by managing all aspects of retail banking operations at the designated branch, acquiring and keeping customers, enhancing customer services, and developing strong customer relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts.

Particular Roles:

 

  • Arrange and oversee the improvement of the branch’s resource mobilization efforts by planning
  • and efficiently managing the branch staff;
  • Engage in aggressive marketing and promotional efforts by informing clients about the goods and services the bank offers;
  • summarise the branch’s financial statements and closely monitor controllable spending;
  • Make sure that end-of-business cycle procedures are completed on time and that transactions are approved right away.

Fourth Position: Grade-I Branch Manager (IFB)
